Yes, he committed suicide. My sister was with him. He told her to go back to the house. She heard the gun go off and ran toward the house to get his twin brother. Very sad.

Yes, it has affected her all of her life. You know how they do the "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue"? She had his named beaded on the hem of her dress in blue. Very touching. She had to show it to me. Precious!
