Jesus was demonstrating his unique ability to see the intents within heart of man and not establishing a standard that men could judge each other by.

I don't think most people would define adultery as any type of lust (like looking too long) even if it is sin. Pornography could be defined as being amongst the adultery issues IMO but some might call that addiction.
