I don't doubt what you saw. I have seen demons, but not going out of someone.

It is really hard to explain. It was just what looked liked a little gray/black thing. And it just was moving over the pews, and a man opened the door and it went outside.

Interesting. A friend of mine when she prays through her house opens the door for the spirits to leave.

To be honest I don't think there are a lot of people that have understanding in this area. Many do not want to be around anyone that has a spirit being cast out. And if they are not pleading the Blood of Jesus over themselves they shouldn't be.

The bolded, is exactly what I'm saying. But we're drawing differing conclusions from that same statement.

I think you're right that there aren't many who really have an understanding of this subject. I think there are those who do, those who think they do, and those who know they don't and don't want to tyvm! lol I'm not quite sure where I am. I know personal experience can be a pretty powerful teacher, but I'm also aware it doesn't always provide a complete education.

If I sit here and think about being around demons or whatnot...I'm conflicted. I know God is able, I'm more secure in that than I ever dreamed I could be. On the other hand, I could say I've dealt with my share, let someone else deal with it. But that seems pretty selfish when I'm looking at it. God has brought people into my life who have said just what I needed when I needed it, how could I refuse to be used that way for someone else?

I recall a woman being in church who never attended before, who later told us she was involved in Ouija boards, etc. She began hissing and curling up her fingers like claws, and we proceeded to see her set free from the devils in her. She cried out how clean she felt afterward, and how it amazed her so much,

This is the second time I've seen Ouija boards mentioned recently. It's one thing I didn't mess with, because I just went for the "more sophisticated divination" (tarot and to a much lesser degree, runes).

Do you think it's coming up more because it's more socially accepted, so more people mess with it? Or is there something about the Ouija board that's different? I do think tarot is becoming far more socially acceptable, I wonder if it's going to be something that'll be mentioned more at some point?

The Oujia board is like a children's game to so many people. And you're right. Tarot is becoming more acceptable. It is sort of like a more sophisticated game, but still a game.

That's interesting about the Ouija. I never did try it, it sounds like I probably wouldn't have tried it more than once. I stayed very, very clear of black magick.

Right, and there are more and more books available detailing how to read tarot. It's becoming more of a party game.

Eventually the Ouija board said she would soon not require the board and the "spirit" would speak directly to her mind. That did occur, and soon the person was admitted to an insane asylum. It was from a little book from a Christian company exposing the dangers of Ouija boards.

The board name is from the French term "OUI" (yes) and the German term "JA" (yes). A Yes-yes board. I think it is a no-no!

I'd have to say that any attempt at contacting the spirit realm is a big no-no. But, that's just me..ya know? lol
