Thank you Jesus!
Ferd, you are so blessed. What a miracle God has accomplished in your body!
Did you know you are one of my favorite posters? We have a lot in common.
We're young, good-looking, and extremely likeable.

Isn't it great when God rolls the burden of worry away from your mind? God is going to give you complete restoration, Bro!

Dear RevRandy, Most can only aspire to your level of Smarminess!

Dear Ferd, One day you may be accounted worthy. Until then remember "Smarmy is as Smarmy does".

Dear PP [or as I like to refer to you:'Ole Yellar'], I havn't mentioned it before, but you can lay down the smarm with the best.

Love you guys!

RevDWW

Interesting thread.

I was planning on posting a thread yesterday and got busy about Mountain Top experiences.

Many times we think the mountain top is where all good things are.

I remember God told Abraham to take his son, his only son, to the mountain that He would show him, to sacrifice the son he loved.

It was a test, but Abraham climbed the mountain with 2 young men and Issac. He left the two young men behind and continued on with his son he loved to worship God.

By faith, he told Issac the Lord would provide Himself a sacrifice. Sure enough God provided a lamb. But Abraham was willing to plunge the knife into his son to offer his best to the God he loved, but had never seen.

He was alone on the top of the mountain with his son.

Many mountaintop experiences you are alone. It is lonely at the top as the saying goes.

You also have to work to climb to the top of the mountain.

To climb the mountain you usually have to follow a trail that has been walked before.

I think most of us want a mountain top experience, yet we forget the cost to obtain it.

But anything we do for God is worth it.

Be blessed in God!
