What will Liberal's/Baptist's do when

the Magic Hair Doctrine goes away????

What will their next Mantra Be?

Seems like "Magic Hair" is now the whipping post for all things considered standards?

I think Rev Randy is just sarcastically referring to some of us Apostolics who may not agree with him on "standards" as "liberal Baptists."

I suspect his "quibble" is over a bit more than your standards....

Well it is hard to make a "magic doctrine" out of something people DON'T do (for instance it is impossible for someone to do something miraculous by NOT doing it -how do you make the fact that you DON'T go to a movie theater into something visible at an alter which can apparently heal?).
So the next magical elixir will have to come from something that IS done.

I seem to remember the church service itself having magic powers..... I have often heard people lift up those who have "never missed a service" and are always "there when the doors are open" and would NEVER miss church, even for their own wedding, honeymoon, or funeral of a loved one.

What's gotten into you lately, RevRandy? You've always approached these things with a more sensible outlook in the past. No name calling and jingoism from you. But now?

Oklahoma doesn't appear to have beeen very good to you.

No reflection on you revrandy, but it appears to me that more men are having issues with this " Magic Hair Doctrine" than the ladies are.

I've said it before that when standards are spoken of, it's the men who do most of the posting on both sides. I think they are obsessed with women's standards!!! LOL!

That sure seems to be the case! And, I think women should be wondering why they are the focus of so much male attention. Then, I think many Muslim ladies have often wondered the same thing, concerning themselves.
