Ya know Sam, we have dug out all these rules we burden women with. Last week I was in a room with an Amish man and wife and the thought hit me. These folks play fair. The men must wear beards, goofy hats plain colored shirts and pants, usall with suspenders.

IF it's separation we feel we must have, i wonder why we don't jump on their buggy?

Oh...yeah...it's the men who don't REALLY want to look all that separated.

Well, lets face it... generally speaking, men tend to be more focused on doctrinal issues as a whole, moreso than women.

Now, that is a true statement! Men are by and large more concerned with doctrinal (including theological and spiritual) things than women - and Mt 23 comes quickly to mind. But, that is a subject for another thread.

Oh, ok.

For a minute I thought you were saying that women didn't care about doctrine, only standards, lol.
