Re: If Peter and Paul Visited General Conference
Oh Paul, I wish Jesus were here. He would straighten these people out!

I think they would have some fried chicken and say "Gee this is better than that broiled fish we have"

Re: If Peter and Paul Visited General Conference
They'd step back outside, look at the sign, and make sure they hadn't accidentally stepped into the Republican National Convention instead.

I can just imagine some of their comments!
"They don't even wear robes!"
"Look how form-fitting those suits are!"
"What's up with all of the screaming?"
"Their women aren't "silent" enough."
"Nobody offered to wash our feet."
|
They would be ignored, stared at, and ostracized because they weren't 'holy' enough.

Re: If Peter and Paul Visited General Conference
If they came, looking and smelling like they looked when they were in active ministry, I doubt they would even be allowed in the door, or if they got in I'm sure security would quickly remove them from the building.
unless
it was for the "showcase" Holy Ghost service where some people are paid to come in off the street and "receive" the Holy Ghost.

Are you saying that someone pays street people to come into the United Pentecostal Church's General Conference and act like they're getting "saved?"
