I think I am going to check out Anthony Bourdains website-he is a food critic, that travels alot and he has his favorite eating places in Singapore--the kind of places that are right on the street not a formal restaurant.

Let me clarify, in Vancouver we have restaurants with flavours & styles from all over the world.

It was in Vancouver I tasted Singaporean food!

There was a dish if I remember correctly that had shredded lettuce & thin slices of beef!

Some of the food can be spicy, but one thing it usually isn't is greasy!
