True, but it does appear the rest of the things listed are not being looked upon with favor:

Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:

In your opinion waht is wanton eyes? some say painting them. i do know women have can influence a man with her eyes.

Here's how the ESV translates it:

Isaiah 3:16
The LORD said: Because the daughters of Zion are haughty and walk with outstretched necks, glancing wantonly with their eyes, mincing along as they go, tinkling with their feet,

Strong's sez:

wanton -
śâqar

A primitive root; to ogle, that is, blink coquettishly: - wanton.

Isaiah 3:16 (New International Version)

16 The LORD says,
"The women of Zion are haughty,
walking along with outstretched necks,
flirting with their eyes,
tripping along with mincing steps,
with ornaments jingling on their ankles.

Isaiah 3:16 (New American Standard Bible)

Judah's Women Denounced
16Moreover, the LORD said, "Because the (A)daughters of Zion are proud
And walk with heads held high and seductive eyes,
And go along with mincing steps
And tinkle the bangles on their feet,

That's makes sense, women can seduce with their eyes. So with that, what's the purpose of eye makeup?

Color. Decoration. Making things prettier. Bringing out the color of your eyes.

Girly girls usually like frills and furbelows.... and playing with cosmetics. It's very rarely used for seduction purposes by your average Jane.

Why colored eyelids? Why do they have to be pretty? So they have effect on others when you look at them???

Prov 6:25

25 Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.
KJV

Does maked up eyes enhance this?

In order to use this scripture, then it must also be a sin to be beautiful. LOL!!!

But again...the phrase "take thee with her eyelids" is translated from one word -

‛aph‛aph
af-af'
From H5774; an eyelash (as fluttering); figuratively morning ray: - dawning, eye-lid.

Why are you focusing only on the 2nd half of the verse? It says first, "lust not after her beauty...."

Is beauty sinful?
