Are you saying that you just left without a word, and no one tried to contact you? How many people attended this church?

Yes, I left without a word. Again, NO ONE contacted me. At that time, we had attendance of between 125-150. My oldest daughter talks with one member still attending there. They are now running around 50-75.

How many people out of the 125 would you consider as close friends?

My husband was part of the ministry. We were friendly with all. What do you consider as a close friend?

That is strange, your husband was part of the ministry? No one inquired on your whereabouts? A close friend is one who sticks closer than a brother, meaning that they are always calling you, wanting to go out with you, and looking to make your life just a little nicer. Didn't you have any people in the church that you would constantly interact with?

I'm not saying no one inquired. They could have asked Pastor or each other. Just not me. Yes, we had people who were close friends, whose children were like our children. People that were closer to me than even some family. People we considered family. That's one of the reasons it hurt so badly. I felt pushed out and rejected, BUT I WAS NOT going to go around to the member's of the Church and bad mouth the Pastor.
Peace, Sinatra

maybe the pastor told everyone not to talk to them. Perhaps, if the story is true, if he is that kind of person to just boot them out he is the kind to lie about them too.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I can assure you it is true. Why would he tell people not to talk to us?
But please people understand, I never thought he was a bad Pastor. I am not bashing men called of God. I have been blessed to have had a wonderful Pastor during the earlier years of my walk with God.

I suggested that I could maybe start coming after worship service, that way I could be there for the preaching and the altar call. All he said was he thought I shouldn't keep coming. I told no one at church about this conversation. I simply did what Pastor said. This has left my spirit broken.
To this day I do not know why I was asked to leave.

If true, it's a bunch of junk.

I say if someone ask you what happen, you tell you were asked to leave.
