But, I can say that it's very aggravating that they pull aside those that don't harm society and let the others go. That's something I don't like.

You might be suprised. Though we don't always hear about it...they catch quite a few unsavory individuals. I know this guy's got his panties in a bunch because he was delayed. But it's only a delay. He's fine and these measures do far more good than we give them credit for.

I'm still wondering if it was that important to not answer their "simple" questions because he was afraid of incriminating himself with his answers. How would he have been incriminated? What could have entrapped him?

I know the whole point is that he was stopped for carrying cash and Napolitano said that they can't detain him for that, BUT - I think I would have just answered their questions and see where it went from there.
