I am not talking about a deaf/mute and I serierously don't think guttural is tongues I am talking about someone that cannot talk period I am not talking about alcohol or any other substance I am talknig about real life if you say that you have to have the holyspirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues to be saved then how can someone that cannot speak be saved. Like tstew said earlier what about the ones that cannot repent also. What I am talking about is not drug or alcohol related..

It doesn't matter whether it's drug or alcohol related. Even if it is a genetic defect, you aren't going to change the prophesy, plan or Word of God.
