It was not asked of me, but since I think it is a non-issue as well, I can try to answer.

The reason it is a non-issue to the vast majority of Americans, our Court system, and the Federal Election Commission is that all available proof points to Barak Obama meeting all requirements to be President of the United States.

If there was substantial proof that he was not eligible, it would then become a major issue until he was removed.

As it stands, there is no smoking gun proving his lack of requirements. Thus, there is no story there and no issue.
