The ONLY position paper that really matters is the positions we read on the papers of the Word of God. (that is my position.)

That is a Position Paper that was published by the UPC several years ago. I don't know if it has been modified, amplified, or cancelled since then.
One thing that I thought was rather dogmatic was the statement which said:
"We reject preterist notions that the prophecies of
Revelation 4-19 were fulfilled prior to A.D. 70, ... we believe that
Revelation 4-19 refers to events that are yet future and that New Testament prophecies of the return of Christ are literal, still to be fulfilled."
Yet, in the Pentecostal Herald every so often there is an article by Bro. Baxter who believes that we are somewhere in the 13th chapter (unless I've misunderstood him) expecting "the Antichrist" to take over any day now.
