Silly statement. God doesn't hate bill collectors. A Christian principle is one of lending and not expecting repayment--sure. But there's nothing wrong with collecting on a debt, and the coinciding principle is that we should pay our bills whenever possible, and refrain from incurring debt we know we can't repay.
To be mean to someone because they owe you money--obviously that isn't Christian. God still doesn't HATE people, even when they're mean.
