I think you would look funny with hair so that has to be wrong.
Obama doesn't really exist as a homosexual and he won't argue with you because he is the Messiah.

Maybe it is more likely that some of those folks couldn't really handle the questions that a forum like this brings up so it is easier to hide in a preachers only forum where no one can challenge you on issues that you hold too close to really see objectively.
I know for me most days I have very little time to get involved in a lengthy discussion. I have people coming in and out, deadlines, hearings, etc. it all just gets in the way of making valuable contributions to AFF...maybe we need a government subsidy? Just to jump start threads.

Baron, I think that's easy to say, but not even close to being true. When I joined the FCF, questioning and arguing were par for the course--but there was a different dynamic. Most people would at least attempt to answer questions--even the difficult ones--and even when the discussion got heated, the personal attacks were kept at a minimum.
The conservatives who were here were NOT afraid of questions, or afraid to proclaim what they believe to be true, from the Word of God.
I can only remember a couple of people who would never answer questions directly--Pastor Tribble, and Chancellor. And even Chancellor had a respect for the Word, and its content and context.
I'm not sure why or how that has changed. *at a loss*

Great thought, MissB.

Even I am at a loss when I'm in a conversation and someone has no respect for scripture. I expect that on secular forums; I don't expect it here. I expect that we all share a foundation in the Word, and it ends the conversation for me when I find that someone isn't willing to base their arguments in the Word.

This forum is a great place--sometimes. Just not as often as it used to be.

Well, I'm not sure about the rest of em, but I truly wish Pastor Poster would come back.
And your point is absolutely on target. We have posters here who don't even believe the Bible is God's word. It's ridiculous. Especially when their voice is the loudest among us.

Re: What Happened to AFF?
I would add Dan A, TRFrance, Michael Phelps, Eliseus, (and a few others I'm forgetting at the moment) to your list.

Your opinion on this subject has been made redundantly, abundantly clear.

This is the main reason I got fed up with the forum! Not that I posted a lot but I would make sure to check it often than it was irrelevant to the true apostolic faith.

Objection. Have you laid the foundation for this exhibit? Maybe you wrote it yourself? It has not been properly authenticated.
