You made the personal attack Nitequil.

Since this fossil under discussion is certainly a legitimate fossil; and since it was members of the " 'intelligent' scientists " community who were the first to raise questions about the new interpretations that were being offered by the promoters involved - just where does the "hoax" exist?

The hoax is being perpetuated by so-called "creationists" and other fundamentalists. Why don't you come out and congratulate Erik Seiffert of Stony Brook University in Long Island and Nature Magazine for being correct in their criticism of both the fossil's new interpretation and the hype surrounding this? ...

... and then why don't you try and civilly answer some of the questions and challenges put forth in the many Evolution threads?
