Have you summoned up the integrity to actually post those "rules" or to at least communicate them to people who join your board? Or do you still just make things up on the fly and call that "integrity?"

Cross posting between forums has always been a part of the Internet world. When you wish to NOT have that practice on your own board, you should have the integrity to say so up front - and to NOT besmirch the integrity of those who get tripped up by your own carelessness.

You had NO RULE for cross posting. When I did that I was banned - that's your prerogative. I can live with that. But - DO NOT call my integrity into question. I did what I've been doing ever since before there was a public Internet and I used to access newsgroups from my office at a UPC church by dialing up a local bulletin board that then hooked me up to News through the Darpa Internet at Los Alamos.

I've been yammering away like this for that long. If you want a rule against cross posting, fine! But make it a RULE before you start to besmirch innocent folks who stumble into a conversation with you.

When you came on here after I had cross posted. I just tried to Google it but I was under a different username (my real name) at the time so it may be a while before I can find the exchange.

Long story; short, on the change in usernames: Someone else had questioned my integrity and called me out at that same time so I asked the AFF admins to change my screen name to my real name so that all of my cards were clearly on the table. The other guy's pastor came on to straighten out the stories that were told and said some very kind words on my behalf.

After a while folks here asked that I go back to my screen name since they were getting mixed about who "the new guy" was.
