Remember the group, "Allies"? Bob Carlisle was the lead singer. GREAT group. Anyway, they had an album titled, "Man With A Mission." They were speaking prophetically of Baron!!

I loved the Allies, even went to see them in concert when they were touring for the Long Way From Paradise album.

That was my all-time favorite Allies album. "Walk With Me Silent" still makes me cry.

Me, too. That's the most heart-wrenching song.

The Allies are still one of my favorite groups ever. I was able to find most of their albums on cd, so I can still blare it loud while I'm driving down the road.

That was their best album, followed closely by shoulder to shoulder.
Walk with me Silent was a totally different sound, almost late Beatles in the sound.

They were, very good. The opened with Long Way from Paradise. Then they played the music for Bryan Duncan, who was not so good.
