I don't know if anyone is taken. I am just saying that in this situation what if someone did think they were getting a legit degree and they weren't.

How about if we just allow them to burn their "degrees" and to disassociate themselves from the whole fraudulent mess?

And then they can seek out a course toward a real degree as JN has done and as so many other have done.

I think, at the root, someone or somebody has a gambit. A ring of this stuff. I think some know what they are getting into. But some people may not fully understand what they are being offered. Just saying. I could be a million miles off but I think there is something at the root of this we aren't seeing.

I think you're completely right! At the root, IMO, is trying to be something one is not, and "technically" being able to say that one is through a degree. I have a "Master of Practical Ministry" DIPLOMA from Wager Leadership Institute. But I know the difference between a Degree and a Diploma and it is listed on NLC's web site on my (Pastor's) page.

I think this degree mill is organized and is a scheme to collect money for worthless paper. Again, I think it is a gambit, or a ring of degree mills.
