Obviously he doesn't have free speech in his pulpit or he wouldn't have lost the case.
He is not mean spirited. He is very strict with standards and everything else.

OR using it as a justification for divorce and remarriage.

Again it seems to hold true with females ...
but if her husband had "backslid" and gone to the beach in just his shorts and chugged down beers every Sunday ...
Mrs. Driver would be told to "hold on" to God while venerated as a pious Pentecostal saint with no talk about divorce.

For the compromising situation, you can't even say whether she was in a compromising situation. You don't know if the man's wife was there or not. (if she was then it most definetely wasn't a compromising situation).
As for what the pastor said, he called wearing a bikini in front of a man a sin of fornication. You are seriously okay with that?

Maybe so, Danny. Maybe so. Would you want your wife to wear a bikini in front of your male friends?

Now that's the unmitigated truth right there.

This woman tried three times to talk
to Fogarty and he ignored her.
Are you trying to defend someone who may not have had both sides of the story
when he said what he did over the pulpit?

Sure.
But still not adultery.
Possibly headed that way? Could be. But you don't have grounds for divorce based on what could happen.
