As an attorney you know all divorce proceedings are public record in Georgia. Just have to find the correct county.

It's Houston County, but being public doesn't mean they post it. It usually means you can go in pay a fee and have them print it out for you.

Exactly.

$1.00 page and you have to either send a written request or go in person. She was the plaintiff in the case?

I think the point is being missed.
"James Driver once found his then-wife Angela Driver wearing a bikini at a swimming pool while with the husband of a mutual friend."
The statement is speaking of her character and action. It is not necessarily, totally, focusing on a bikini. The bikini is illustrating, for him, that his wife is acting estranged from their marriage commitment. It appears that mentioning what she is wearing would not be the norm for their relationship nor have his approval.

You are reading too much into the statement. And unfortunately there is no context given.

What she is wearing needs his approval?
Really?
Are we in Iran?
I doubt anyone communicated any of this to a judge. The judge probably asked if the had been separated for the statutory period of time, if there were children involved, what property needed to be divided, and if there was any chance at reconciliation. If the property had already been divided and no children were involved that's all the judge would need. There are factors that can play into division of property, children, and alimony but if that has been agreed upon the judge WON'T listen to any of your reasons.
