As the Sarge said ... why not look at the court documents and the primary evidence and make fact-based inferences rather than postulate scenarios and suggest "what-ifs" ...

I looked at all of it. It still left much to be desired. It was just showing her side. I didn't get to hear the other side.

I read them! I saw only her side. I didn't get to hear any testimony of the other side. I can't make a judgment without that in a secular court of law.
