I only count 16, but the active members count is at 29. What gives?

Some are invisible - - the number will show them, but not list their names.
Many of the guests could be spiders or bots - - not real people.

If you click Quick Links, then Who's OnLine you'll get an idea of how many guests are really there and how many are bots or spiders. Of course, the invisible folks won't show up there either.
