Look at what it says....white inmates are THREE TIMES MORE LIKELY to have committed this act. I'd like to see a retraction. I think MOW's assertion is horribly misguided at best or bigoted at worst.

You obviously, at least to me, have no clue whatsoever as to what on the "down-low" is. You need to do some reading up to be informed as to the difference between "traditional homosexual" behavior and "down-low" lifestyle/experimentation. Dismount your high-horse and get educated. There is plenty of material out there, but I'm not going to list it here. I actually have more black preacher friends than I do white ones. I have preached in more black churches in the past 20yrs than I have white ones.

Bully for you. It's always funny.....when someone has said something like you've said, their first defense is, "But my best friends are _______" and then name whatever group they've just bashed.

I don't expect you to back off. Expect the same in return. Long established research, statistics, and crime records are against you and you'll never be able to change that.

So yell from your bully-pulpit that I'm on a high-horse and tell me to get educated. I've heard it all from you before and it just makes you sound even more comical....telling me to get educated when absolute, established research is directly contradictory to your statements.

What you claim to "know" really doesn't mean anything in the world of fact-gathering and for you to make this a black problem is, like I've already said, ignorant or bigoted. What you're stating is the equivalent of my determining that my next-door neighbor, who is Assyrian, who smokes cigars, that Assyrians have a problem with cigars. You've taken something you've heard and turned it into a cultural problem and I think that's inexcusable.

So go ahead, take your best shots and make me sound pious, tell me I'm uneducated and whatever else makes you feel better. But it is what it is.
