Yeah... but there was concerted effort to make just that happen. Thousands of man hrs went into getting people there on Sun night.

So not only do the unsaved almost outnumber the saved but they also all are filled?

Actually the number would be 3,000 v 10,000 yet not exactly. Assuming that at least some among the 10,000 were also among the camp that had never spoke with tongues and did not that night. I find it hard to believe that everyone that had never spoke in tongues joined the party that night.

1,000 ministers + 2700 altar workers so for evey 2 tongue talkers in the crowed there was 1 tongue talker who became a tongue talker that night.

I say that's a stretch even for Texas.

Consider that this is in a city with a very large population and they spent the day out in the city evangelizing not to mention local congregations show up with their friends and families that have not spoken in tongues yet...I don't see why that number has to be far fetched
