Can We Crank It Up A Bit????

I know ya'll are wanting more civility around here but, for crying out loud, can we get with it a little?

I mean, here is a sample of some of the blistering, hot threads now being generated on Apostolic Sleepy Forum:

Plus-size Wedding Dresses

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving
Family Pictures at a Cabin
I'm Going Overseas

Come on, people, where's the energy????

Ok- Mr. Smith, here is a question that generally gets people going; what it the craziest thing you have ever been condemened to hell for doing?

Mine was wearing a hat- because my hair was supposed to be my covering, not anything else...

Oh, and I can't forget skiing... not that I ski- (when I have tried, it has not been pretty), but I remember a Bible College discussion about how God only approved of Men skiing, not women- because they had to wear men's attire in order to do it...

Without question, there is no greater fashion faux pas than the pentecostal girl's ski outfits, the ski gauchos. Oh goodness. And we're supposed to believe that THAT doesn't draw attention to one's self???

There is NOTHING that makes me hotter than a women in a skiing outfit. The fit of those outfits are so figure flattering.

I went to Bible College at the Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, Minnesota for just one year --1956/1957. It's cold up there and they have lots of snow and lots of winter activities. The girls and ladies from the Bible School and from the local church wore snow pants. That was controversial to some and just common sense to others.

Not going to the altar one night when I was a kid... Was told by a OP preacher that God directly told them that night was my last opportunity for repentance and I missed it. LOL! I was like, 9 or 10... maybe 11 at the most. And I was already baptized in Jesus name and had "spoken in tongues" to their satisfaction, but they'd discerned that I still had a rebellious spirit and that night was my only chance to repent. They didn't feel the need to relay this message from God to me until after I'd missed it though.
