Not necessarily. "Intent" isn't always considered in law. Sometimes, it's the result that counts. If one burns down a building and in the process someone dies, the arsonist will be charged with Felony Murder even though he never intended to kill. Same with drunk driving.
So since Hoovie's "Joke" had such damaging emotional impact on many AFF members, should he be infracted?
I think we should assemble a jury of his peers.
