Re: Welcome Azzan Thread

Where there is no attempt to correct, tolerance exists.

I see no push to save, only to accept.

So you push people to be saved? How's that working for you?

Then you are as blind as a bat. Correction isn't just verbally beating the crud out of someone. It's bringing healing to someone.

BTW where there is Love, tolerance exists. That is why UCs are so intolerant, they only love their own kind. And when one of their own fails, they beat the crud out of him like gang bangers do to a gang member who leaves.

Mat 5:43 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.'
Mat 5:44 But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
Mat 5:45 so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
Mat 5:46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?
Mat 5:47 And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same?
Mat 5:48 You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Salvation begins with love

For UCs salvation and correction begins with condemnation

For Jesus is begins with love
Joh 8:10 Jesus stood up and said to her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"
Joh 8:11 She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said, "Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on sin no more."

This individual already knows we do not condone any sexual sins. The problem is the UCs don't understand Love. They don't understand healing. They don't understand that kind of stuff. Which is why they are so hypocritical where they will trash and dump one of their own if they found out he struggled with this problem then turn around and act like the world in using sexual innuendos with each other "get a room" or the guy here that resorted to one with NOW.

This person is not going to be magically changed by beating him over the head with "your going to hell!" all that kind of stuff does is silence them in your midst because they are afraid of YOU

Re: Welcome Azzan Thread

The more I have had encounters with these UCs the more and more I have become a moderate.

Their intolerance and hate stems from being legalists. They really do fit the bill when being accused of Phariseeism. The Pharisees were the same. They were shocked that Jesus hung out with sinners.

They had NO mercy for a woman caught in adultery.

Jesus never approved of their sin. He brought healing and forgiveness.

UCs bring rules and intolerance

You know charnock, until you explain why you took a couple of the posters off of your friends list on FB, after the last conversation, nothing you say says much to me! You act like a little kid.... if you don't believe like me I'll just take my "HOLINESS" (oh yeah) and go home. As I said previously, you don't have to worry about what you wear, seems like filthy rags serves you well. (Self righteousness is as filthy rags, remember?)

I think you have a mistaken impression that I want to hear your opinion.

You know, you are right and wrong. Sometimes our attempts to correct can take a long time. Like 20 years, until finally someone's heart is right for the message. (Like my husband's was). Tolerate? Yes, we tolerated a lot on both sides, because I wasn't perfect, I tried and failed, sometimes I still do. I did get discouraged, but I never lost hope. But if all we heard from others is, I can't tolerate you until you are saved, how would we reach anyone? I have to make sure you are right until I can.

Accept what? That you are a sinner? Weren't we all? So how can God love us? If we can't be kind and tell people, I love you, and I want you to be saved. And pray for that person to be delivered from bondage. As we were. Accept their condition? NO!!!!!!! Accept that I will talk to you and let you know, God loves you, and wants you to be free.

PSA: It's funny that you good folks think I am an ultracon.

You're so unaccustomed to hearing a different opinion that you have become completely disconnected from reality.
