Excellent point.
Being fully awake we would have recourse with a medical professional.
With TSA we can't even speak or else we'll be slammed with a ridiculous fine.

Good point. Every passenger better be informed as to what the pat down consists of. Passengers should be allowed to freely refuse the pat down and simply go home without a fine, or accept the pat down and fly.

I'd have to look more deeply into the situation. There is a "point of no return" at some check points. For example, I know in some airports they have the pat down areas just beyond the screeners. The problem with this is that those who refuse the pat down after refusing electronic screening have to leave. Well... at these airports the only way out is through the SIDA. That requires by law that a person be screened to enter. So they can't just walk around and exit. They have to exit... by turning around and going through screening (which they originally refused). If they deny both screening and pat down in either direction, legally, they're stuck. To exit they have to accept one or the other or be in violation of security protocol. lol

wands etc. and a review of Isreali screening proceedures. they do it very well over there and dont gab peoples junk or look at their nekkidity.

Well they told him he could leave and when he did they later come to him after he had left the area and had received a refund on his ticket and started asking for more info and said that they would be filing a civil suit. (See part 4 on the series I posted earlier... you can hear the entire conversation word for word. You'll have to watch other parts to hear when they told him he could choose to leave)

Either way... I hope TSA does bring a civil suit against him because this needs to be brought to an end and this is the only way we can get these things done.

If he happens to lose... which I highly doubt... I will be finding a website to help pay his fines for him.

I think it looked like he harrassed the TSA agent. The man threatened to have him arrested if he did his job.
