People who drive 10 miles below the speed limit on a two-lane road with no passing zones!!!! That's #1.

Okay, you race drivers out there, it's a speed LIMIT, not a REQUIREMENT.

On the subject of drivers who drive to slow, during rush hour the 101 and 202 become bumper-to-bumper parking lots here at times. And even when traffic is inching along at 30 mph, there are always some morons who feel they need to keep that 1/4 mile distance between them and the car in front of them -even though they are matching the traffic speed in the lanes besides them. And since they are matching the speed of everyone else it is near impossible to get around them.

On a related note, I've never understood the people who do that at red lights and stop signs. Keep a car length's distance between them and the car in front. Why?
