The link to the audio from the forum is also in this thread, as well as all the other messages from BOTT.

I'm on Twitter and the most I've seen are quotes from that forum and other messages from BOTT. I have yet to read any negative tweet.

Re: Bott 2020

I think this thread has got mixed up with the depression thread. Thoughts are starting to run together. The BOTT 2020 has served its purpose, I think. So, maybe we should just let this thread go the way of the dinosaur?

Re: Bott 2020

II Peter 1:2-3 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.

Colossians 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.

If we can't find grace, peace, glory, virtue and completion by going directly to Him alone, surely we can find it in HIM through the help of the body! Is it really necessary to reach outside of the church for these things?

Do you visit a medical doctor? Have you used an Urgent Care or ER? If so, why? Is it really necessary to reach outside of the church for these things when the Bible clearly states that "They shall lay hands on the sick and they SHALL recover?"

Matthew 9:12-13
But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. [13] But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Brother you and I both know there is a difference between going to the doctor for a broken bone, and going for depression and/or anxiety issues.

I am not talking about psychiatric treatment for confirmed psychiatric conditions. I am talking about behavior modification, emotional upset, addiction etc.

You know as well as I do that these are different issues.

Re: Bott 2020

Honestly, when I was in the Charismatic Movement, we all said Holy Spirit and prayer language. When I was baptized in Jesus name and got in the Apostolic church it became Holy Ghost and tongues. I like this side of the fence a lot better, so my preference is Holy Ghost. Not a test of fellowship, there just isn’t much of anything from those days that I miss.
