I am going to talk to our local Mennonite store, and see if it is possible for them to carry raw milk, or if they can.

Mennonites will hook you up.

I love putting fresh ginger in my green smoothie every morning! Does that count?
|
My morning smoothie is avocado, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango, raw sweet potato, 4 raw eggs, medjool dates, protein powder, raw whey, and sunflower sprouts. I make about a half a gallon and drink it before I hit the road on the Cannondale.

Interesting that the Kombucha has helped your GERD. I will pass that on to a family member who is struggling with that disease too.
How does your wife make Kombucha?
|
I know quite a few people with GERD who have been helped by Kombucha.
Everything you do you have to go through a ton of information. Yet, your body will tell you if what you are doing is right for you. What may work for one person may not be right for you. But keep in mind inactivity is the biggest enemy. Lack of exercise will get you no matter what healthy eating lifestyle you have.

Raw eggs huh! Haven't tried that one. Do you raise the chickens and have your own eggs? We have 6 hens that are just babies yet. Hope to have our own fresh eggs before long. Although we have neighbors who do free range chickens, and who practically give their eggs to us because they have so many.
If you make a half-gallon smoothie, you must have a bigger blender than a Nutribullet. My Nutribullet only makes about 3 cups. That is a big smoothie to drink every morning!
So you ride a Cannondale bike every other day - please tell me you are not decked out in the typical bicycle rider's spandex clothing!!!! LOL

Have you talked to them to see if they feel differently, or have had a change in any physical conditions they may have?
