Do we have to be baptized by a Preacher? Can't Saint's baptize others?

Of course not.
Didn't you know you NEED to be baptized by a preacher, who was in turn baptized by another preacher who was baptized by..... Going all the way back to Peter?
I believe that every church has their protocols, but there isn't anything in the Bible that suggests that a new convert must be baptized by a preacher.

I know a man who is full of the Holy Ghost baptized people in the Name of Jesus Christ.
I am perfectly ok with it. In fact, when it is time to meet my maker, I may or may not have a man ordained preacher preach my funeral. I may have Holy Ghost filled brothers and sisters do the preaching.
