Re: Inhuman:Undercover America's Late-Term Abortio
I really shouldn't say this but...I can't really say that I'm pro-life or pro-choice. I guess I'm of that controversial mindset that, if the mother or father isn't living a life for Christ, and will raise that child like so, and have that child living in a godly household, I can't get more angry at that aborted child over all the other sins or lifestyle choices that she makes. For the most part, I try to look at all sins equally, so that I won't in my anger, justify one sin, while condemning another. Except when people curse God, or act in ways to endanger someone else's soul salvation...
Aborting (killing) the child is evil and a sin, yet so is her committing the deed to get pregnant in the first place a sin (if she did it unmarried), and probably a lot of other things in her life. Saying she shouldn't abort the child is not going to stop her from committing fornication. And it's not (in most cases probably) going to automatically make her want to have and take care of the child. She might end up doing like some other women do; after birth, leave the child somewhere and it end up dying on it's own, give it to her mother or grandmother to take care of while she still lives an immoral life having more children out of wedlock, or give it over to the state, where the child will probably grow up in a horrible foster care situation.
There really is no remedy to this situation unless all parties involved truly turn their life to God, living a life for and of Christ. Because I don't think any true child of God, will willingly commit sin, knowing that it's against God, for whatever reason.
