How is Jesus to you?

Jesus was precious
to the Apostles (Zion) and their converts
How is Jesus to you?

Rom.10
[11] For the scripture saith,
Whoever believes on him (Christ) shall not be ashamed.
[12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek
for the same LORD (Jesus) over all flesh
is rich to all (human), who all upon him. (starting at Baptism)

1 Pet.2
[7] To you who believe,
he (Christ) is:
precious (like the prediction Isa.13:12 said)
but to the Israelites who are disobedient,
(Jesus is):
the stone that the builders disallowed,
the same is made the head of the corner,
[8] and a stone of stumbling,
and a rock of offence,
even to them who stumble
at the (Spiritual) word, (from GOD)
being disobedient:
whereto also they were appointed (by GOD)

Isa.13
[12] I (the Most High),
will make a man (?) more precious than fine gold
even a man (?) more precious than the golden wedge of Ophir.
+
I want to be part of what they had.
Anything less,
is to be left out from the Grace (free goodness) from GOD and Christ.

Some, including myself,
have found that OBEDIENCE to correct baptism
is an immediate and immeasurable contributor.
GOD and Christ do not give counsel to us in vain.
GOD and Christ disregard individuals who disregard them.
+
This Baptism TRULY is the Va Va VOOOOm!
We are not ONENESS.
+
Time Magazine, Dec. 5, 1955:
Record of a True Baptism in Rome 100 A.D.

"The deacon raised his hand,
and Publius Decius stepped through
the baptistery door.
Standing waist-deep in the pool
was Marcus Vasca the wood seller.
He was smiling
as Publius waded into the pool beside him.
'Credis?' he asked.
Credo' responded Publius.
'I believe that my salvation
comes from Jesus the Christ,
who was crucified under Pontius Pilate.
With him I died that with Him I may have Eternal Life.'
Then he felt strong arms supporting him
as he let himself fall backward into the pool,
and heard Marcus' voice in his ear,
'I baptize you in the Name of the Lord Jesus'
as the cold water closed over (buried) him."
+
The above Baptism conforms to the Scriptures.
The baptizer called upon/ over the BURIED candidate
the 'name of the LORD Jesus, our Savior.'
Calling on the name of the LORD can be found
throughout the ’Israelite Scriptures.’
To call God by his name, to get his attention and a response,
was always the sensible Israelite custom.
Gentiles came, to the Apostles,
to join the Israelite GOD, his Son and his children,
were taught to obey the teachings that were described as ‘not grievous.’
The candidate MUST also
PERSONALLY call on Jesus, (not being like a stranger),
for forgiveness and a good life,
while >> buried under the water
or we get no response from Jesus.
+
Calling on Jesus, by his Christians,
as recorded in the Writings of our N. T. Scriptures.
Acts.2
[21] It shall come to pass,
that whoever shall
>> (LITERALLY) call on
the name of the LORD (Yahweh/Jesus in baptism)
shall be saved, by the same LORD.

NECESSARY INFORMATION that must be ACTIONED,
for the personal, break through into the unspeakable.

Catholic Confessions to changing,
GOD’s Baptism Ordinance
and deceiving all nations, for about 1700 years.

Honorable Catholics confess to changing GOD’s Baptism Ordinance
and deceiving the nations for about 1700 years.
The result is Spiritual death, unhappiness,
disconnection from Jesus and the Father
AND no GIFTS, for numberless,
trusting and needy, Tithe paying and Offering giving people,
for about 1700 years.
GOD who takes vengeance saw it all.
+
Catholic Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger:
He makes this confession as to the origin of
the chief Trinity text of Matthew 28:19.
"The basic form of our (Matthew 28:19
Trinitarian profession of faith
took shape during the course of the second and third centuries
in connection with the ceremony of baptism. (Catholic Heresy)
So far as its place (country) of origin is concerned,
the text (Matthew 28:19) came from the city of Rome.
“The Trinity baptism and text of Matthew 28:19 therefore,
did not originate from the original Church
that started in Jerusalem around AD 33.
It was rather, as the evidence proves,
a later invention of Roman Catholicism completely fabricated.
Very few know about these historical facts.
+
The Catholic Encyclopedia, II, page 263:
"The baptismal formula was changed from the name of Jesus Christ
to the words Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
by the Catholic Church in the second century."
+
The Jerusalem Bible, a scholarly Catholic work, states:
"It may be that this formula, (Triune Matthew 28:19),
so far as the fullness of its expression is concerned,
is a reflection of the (Man-made),
liturgical usage established later in the primitive (Catholic) community
It will be remembered that Acts speaks
of baptizing "in the name of Jesus,"..."
+
The Catholic University of America
in Washington, D. C. 1923,
New Testament Studies Number 5:
The Lord's Command To Baptize
An Historical Critical Investigation.
By Bernard Henry Cuneo page 27.
"The passages in Acts and the Letters of St. Paul.
These passages seem to point to the earliest form
as baptism in the name of the Lord."
Also we find.
"Is it possible to reconcile these facts
with the belief that Christ commanded his disciples
to baptize in the trine form?
Had Christ given such a command, it is urged,
the Apostolic Church would have followed him,
and we should have some trace of this obedience
in the New Testament.
No such trace can be found.
The only explanation of this silence,
according to the anti-traditional view,
is this the short Christological (Jesus Name) formula was (the) original,
and the longer trine formula was a later development."
+
Eph. 4
[5] ONE LORD (Jesus),
ONE Faith, (in BOTH, the good Son and the good Father)
>> ONE (acceptable) baptism, (calling on Jesus from immersion,
that is easily proven)

More research is available.
Grace is great, various and ongoing…
Everyone gets very happy and LOVES it.
Jesus still, accepts us if we PERSONALLY baptize ourselves,
calling on him for forgiveness and help,
as is the Israelite custom.
We can and do immerse a few times since it feels so good.
Throughout our lives we still do, as the Israelites,
whenever we feel, in our heart, to do so.
+
Pss.34
[8] O >> taste (correct BAPTISM)
and see (personally experience).
that the LORD (Jesus) is good.
Happy is the man who trusts in him (Jesus.)
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Please share your positive experiences, with precious Jesus.
PMs are welcome.

Re: How is Jesus to you?

Many incorrect ones.
GOD speaks precisely and not uselessly.
I always though that I was baptized.

A person does not usually deceive himself or herself.

Carefully read the post.

It does not say "in the name of the Father...."

Then read the Acts of the Apostles.

If your desire is to get help (GRACE) from GOD
that respect his beloved Son, who is our Savior
and call on him while immersed...

Check the post..

My beat to you..

The fruit (works) of the Christian is to bring people to Christ

for the GOOD GIFTS...

If you are engaged Jesus knows.

The best to you...

Re: How is Jesus to you?

While we eat, from him, Jesus feeds.
When we go to men Jesus stops feeding...

Jesus is under utilized...because we taught to go to men.

WS, there is a balance between going to men to learn and going to God. God gave the church pastors, teachers, apostles, and evangelists, etc for the benefit of the people of God. All of these (pastors, teachers, apostles, evangelists, prophets) are MEN! Paul was a teacher and his epistles have teaching in them. Do you go to the Bible to learn about God and his ways? If you are then you are going to men, albeit anointed men of God.

God also gave us the Spirit to teach us.

Lastly, you are a man and trying to teach us what you believe! Why should we listen to you. Shouldn't we just go to Jesus and let him feed us?

I don't see anything wrong with going to men who are seeking God and walking with God to learn from them. And then following the example of the "Bereans" and going to the Bible to see if how their teachings compare with the bible.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what your point is.

To answer you question. Jesus is God.

Hi,

Do not let me upset you.

Avoid my posts.

BTW. my question was " How is" AND not "Who is."

Re: How is Jesus to you?

The initial steps of Faith and Baptism are rigid.

Then contact is made
and enlightenment given, happiness >>

Grace to all.
