According to google, Cow Town could refer to:
Calgary
Columbus, OH
Ft Worth, TX
Wichita, KS
Vacaville, CA
Sacramento, CA
or generically as any city pejoratively referred to as "cow town" as a way to suggest it's rural and/or provincial.

Ft. Worth because of the stockyards. Use to be part of cattle drives way back in the day.
