Oh, i know how ya feel... I enjoyed the supersize cokes everyday. But when I was expecting with my last child, 4 years ago, I quit and I definitely feel better.... I have a sip once in a great while... It's like I get this urge to have a drink and then after I take it, it's ugh yuck! But you are right.......

In general, I eat very healthy. No fried foods except occasional eggs cooked with a small amount of butter. We never drink sodas, koolaid, or that stuff. You won't find hardly any boxed or canned goods, and NO chips or snacks in our home. We eat mostly fresh fruits and fresh veggies and lean meats. So we eat pretty healthy. BUT... I need to lose 60 lbs. I've started walking a mile each day except sunday and I work out lots on our home gym thingy... but I need a jumpstart that doesn't involve those diet pills... Anythoughts??
I climb about six flights of stairs a night at work right now so I am on a roll and have gone down two sizes.I don't need a home gym I need the recliner when I get home. The beach however does help me relax.

Weight Watchers is always the best route for me. Unfortunately, I've not been doing it lately and I sure can tell!! I need to lose about ten pounds or so before I leave for the Philippines July 1st. Then when I get home, I need to get serious and lose the rest!
