Pandora Radio

Is anyone using Pandora Radio on your computer or on an iphone on facebook? Is it really free? Thanks for any help you can give. I did a search at google and it looks as though it would be easy to sign up but I don't want any charges in the future.

Thanks,
JE

Free up to 30 or 40 hrs a month then you pay... But they will tell you if you are close to time limit and no cc needed to sign up for free service.

Yes! It's free up to 40 hours a month. I reach that amount shockingly often and then I move over to Spotify for the rest of the month. That's also free.

Yes, its free but you get advertisements and limited number of hours per month

I pay for mine though to get rid of the ads and unlimited time

Re: Pandora Radio

So, it is just a free app that I can download on my iphone and download on the pc - for the same account? Say, I want to listen to a Simon and Garfunkel song, will I be able to listen to it instantly as if I go to YouTube or I am "fitted" to a radio station that plays Simon and Garfunkel on the play list? Sorry if I am asking questions you've answered or that are obvious...lol

No, you can't make it play a specific song. They'll create a station for you that plays 'similar' songs and artists. It might eventually play the actual song you asked for. You can thumbs down a song or artist and they won't play it again.
