I believe in one God, always have. I went through a period of time that I actually asked the Holy Spirit to forgive me for neglecting to evoke Him in prayer. Then I realized that He is God. Same happened concerning my prayers to the Father, when I began to pray more evoking Christ and calling on His name; I felt guilty not praying to the Father as much as to His Son Jesus, since the Father, is obviously God.
There is a name for God that can be applied to both the Father and the Holy Spirit. Jehoshuah, Yeshua, Jehovah-savior. In our vernacular it's just "Jesus". I have never felt badly about praying to Jesus Christ, and when I use the name of Jesus in prayer, I can mentally differentiate the attribute, whether His loving Fathering of me, His abiding empowerment, or His forgiving attitude.
The problem I have in labeling God as Trinity and/or Oneness is it categorizes Him into preconceived notions (or boxes) of who He is. We wind up having to "unpack" those ideas and 'splainin' what we mean by the definition of the word, trinity or oneness. I feel they are semantic differences.
Since I believe that the NAME of Jesus evokes all three, I guess you could say I'm oneness, but according to my understanding of scripture, and not a pidgeon-holed one-size-fits-all from the manual UPC definition.
really awesome way to put it

Re: Are you an OP?

Fortunately, Jesus instructed us how to pray.

Pray to the Father in heaven in Jesus Name.

Amen. I am oneness. And Pentecostal, too. I find Many oneness folks skip over some verses and miss their points, though. You listed one of them. Another is where Jesus said we would not pray to him after he departed, but to the Father ourselves because the Father loves us.

John 16:23-24
23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. 24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

John 16:26-27
26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: 27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

And how many oneness people would use these actual words in their prayer, describing Jesus?

Acts 4:30
30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.

It's like most oneness people usually say, "Jesus is Father, Son and Holy Ghost anyway, so it does not matter." It matters enough for Jesus to have said it, though! Many oneness people do not understand oneness.

I was raised Catholic.

My Mom and I were invited to a CoG when I was about 11, and God filled me with the Holy Ghost, and I spoke in tongues.

I was invited to church by a street preacher when I was 15, and was baptized in Jesus name by Pastor Joel Velie at the Pentecostal Lighthouse in Melbourne Florida.

When I was 27 I was invited to Attend Bible Truth Church in Melbourne Florida, and Pastor P.T. McClure preached on the Oneness of God and I saw it. That Church has now become Promiseland Church, and I still visit it. http://promiseland.org/about/

More often these days I attend the First Pentecostal Church of Palm Bay, Pastored by Bro David Myers http://www.fpcpalmbay.com/welcome.html

Re: Are you an OP?

I'm obviously missing something here;

what is the difference between being OP, and being Oneness and Pentecostal?

You would have to ask ones definition of "OP". Around here its like asking what flavor Skittle you like.
