I personally know a guy who literally has turned purple (he is Caucasian, and looks blue-black or like a purplish color) from taking too much colloidal silver.... Makes me kinda scared to use it, although I think he drank the stuff like water I think.

He probably makes his own and drinks it by the quart for the last 20 years.

The CS being made now has smaller particles and more effective when it get next to viruses and bacteria.

Your acquaintance is overdoing it.

How much CS do you take, and for what ailments do you use it for?

I only take it when I start to feel sick. I nebulize it when I get a sore throat. It has to be the kind of CS that you can use in the eye, the ear and in the sinuses.

Flu, bronchitis, colds. I don't bother with it for stomach upsets. I use something totally different for that.

Not all CS is equal.

Thanks for sharing. I have been using oregano oil too for any kind of infection or respiratory problem. It is good to know that the silver they are making now won't turn you purple!! All things in moderation, I am sure.

I hear that the Oregano Oil from North American Spice Co. is a very powerful for respiratory ailments too.

It is too powerful for my stomach, which upsets easily.
