Only the Phillipian jailer asked what to do to be saved.
Acts 2:37 says men and brethern, what must we do? Three steppers add the phrase to be saved to the verse to legitimize Acts 2:38 as a response to the gospel. The people were convicted because the were in the group which killed an innocent man.

Where as I Cor.15:1-3 opens with Moreover, BRETHREN".
BRETHREN", folks already in the church.
I Cor. 15:1-3 is to remind SAVED folks how they got saved.
