The problem with our culture is that we are not supposed to need a few days off to recuperate every now and then.

I agree.
With all these changes in health care, I think they need to make sure employers allow sick time.

That would be nice. But instead it seems that they are mandating the flu shot. Then, you can either get fired if you don't get it or you can get blamed if you get sick because it's your own fault for not getting the shot. It looks like obamacare is going to force us all to believe and feel one way and if we don't, we won't get covered or we'll at least be castigated.

Go to the health food store and buy Occillococcinium and start taking it NOW.
Also buy Sambucol and follow directions. Sambucol is elderberry syrup. It is wonderful to help viral infections if taken early.
