Since the passage of the Reconstruction Acts after the WBTS, the plan of the Northeastern liberal establishment, whether it be the Republican of 1865 or the Democrat of 2013, has been to keep us all divided by race. That is what liberal policies necessitates. Their Southern scalawag liberal partners are just as guilty. The southern "
segregationists" were simply the fruit of this policy.
