I believe that more than I do manslaughter, but you never know with juries. We've followed all points and commentary throughout this trial. The jury hasn't, so they may be seeing something I can't quite put my finger on. But, something is bothering me. I can't quite figure it out right this moment.

It may simply be that I fear "emotion" is going to be involved to some degree. It may also be that I am still upset over how badly this case has been handled from day one.

To tell you the truth I would not be suprised if they come back with a guity verdict on the F____ING PUNKS words that George said I can see where that has hate in it..

Yes, that is part of what I am feeling too. Oh, I know what it is now. I feel the whole issue is the point that GZ should have stayed in his truck. It's been pushed and pushed and pushed. Not only in the trial, but all over the Net.

That is what is going to cause the trouble if he is acquitted. I'm not worried about him being acquitted if he gets manslaughter. They can appeal and bring a full case with all the evidence the Prosecution withheld. But, the unrest is over GZ not staying put, even though it wasn't an illegal act for him to leave his vehicle.

I am understanding on the Manslaughter charge that there is a case, in Florida law, where the ruling was appealed as you must offer all three instructions or options, i.e. , 2A, 2B and 2C. They only offered 2A, which is culpable negligence.

Maybe the Defense knew about the case and didn't put the Prosecution on notice.

I think that will present a problem as well - the fact that he got out of his vehicle. I do think that GZ wanted to have a visual on TM... no crime there! NONE! But many don't see it that way - they judge him for that. But when I heard the call to non-emergency for the first time, I immediately knew why GZ continued to follow TM and why he got out of his truck. The dispatcher kept ASKING GZ for info on TM. In *my* mind, that means, "Watch him." In order to watch him, GZ might need to follow in the same direction... yes, FOLLOW TM. Again, no crime there! NONE!

Anyway, I think you're right on this issue.

There are no winners here, as has been stated already.

I saw a photo of a crowd at the Courthouse. One young boy had on a hoodie with, "If I had a son, he would look like Travyon."

I do blame Al Sharpton for a lot this, as he has been visibly active all along. Sharpton loves racial nostalgia. That is the only way he could ever stay relevant and he knows it.

However, the real blame should be placed on our President. His comments, which I believe were intentional, will hold a picture in the minds of those who are fomenting from the mouth, a president's son who was murdered. It then becomes very real for them.

Let's hope they got sick of hearing the Pros shout those words and as a result, they'll disregard it as being proof that GZ had "hatred, ill-will, malice [or however it's been worded] 'in his heart'."

On HLN they had some of the spectators that were in the courtroom today and they said when John Guy was up 3 of the Juriors were crying,so we will see....
