Show where Paul gave the same advise to homosexuals.

What were you trying to say Timmy by offering KBW 1st Corinthians 7:9?

Re: Homosexuality question
None of you are qualified to talk about this subject from an intellectual position. I'm willing to venture and say that none of you have ever spoken to someone who is homosexual and got to know them personally. I'm appalled at the bigotry in this thread.

hahahaha sorry but that is a funny comment to me. My ex husband is gay and we have been friends since he was 11 and I was 13. We are still friends but he knows that I believe what the bible says about it (he used to believe the same thing) and although I feel he has the right to choose to live his life the way he wants that does not make it right. If God says it is wrong..then it is wrong.

Ive been friends with one who was gay and another that was Bi.
The one who was gay chose to live for the Lord and has since gone home to be with Jesus

Oh Prax that is wonderful! I pray so hard that my ex (my friend..I don't like the word "ex" lol) will also choose that path. Your comment gives me hope.

Re: Homosexuality question
I think the key is recognizing
1) we are all sinners with a carnal nature. Homosexuals wrestle with the carnal nature
2) we need God to save us because of it and to help us over come it
3) We will always be in the flesh until we die and so we can struggle from time to time and should not lose heart but always turn to God not letting guilt keep us from trusting God's love

There's certainly some, but for the most part this conversation has been good.
