hahahaha they sure are drafty...and I think they keep those rooms cold on purpose. Anyway that is why I want to do something about it now and not wait for a serious illness to occur. Thank you so much for the info. I really appreciate your taking the time to post the links. And thank you for any prayers. I know I will need them.

This is interesting concerning the Quinoa in your second link - Quercetin. I've used this supplement for allergies in the past.
