I would say follow the written word of God. people often "follow the Spirit" in contradiction to what the word clearly states. The Holy Ghost will never contradict the word of God. Stick with the word.

God has made it pretty clear about the differences between men and women. He is a man regardless of surgery or anything else. Even if a surgery takes place HE will have to take medications to artificially help HIM look like a woman. What is worse is that in some places men are going into women's dressing rooms and bathrooms because they say they fell like a woman. Women who speak up are castigated.

We certainly live in a time when people call good evil and evil good.
