Nope. There's no link between the Judge's lawyer organization and the National Council of LA Raza. None.

The scholarship to an illegal is well out of context. The Judge was on a panel, a committee of lawyers who awarded scholarships to students. One was a kid who came with his parents illegally. Trumpsters make it out as though the Judge personally awarded the kid the scholarship on his own.

Lastly, there are a couple major reasons Trump's lawyers have not tried to seek the Judge's recusal: 1) a Judge's race, ethnicity or sex is NEVER a basis for recusal; and 2) were Trump's lawyers to try it, they could be sanctioned for it.

The reason I don't want to argue is because the post was ignorant and filled with errors.

Also, I haven't read anywhere this claim that the Judge is a Hillary contributor. Please post the source of the claim. The law office representing the plaintiffs has given to Hillary, not the Judge AFAIK.

Same old, tired, and false, claim. The Judge is not a member of the NCLZ. He's not. The organization of which he is a member included a major Hispanic organization on the website. Big deal.

Many websites include other organizations in links for the community.

Also, probably should include FoxNew contributor (and huge Trump supporter) Kimberly Guilfoyle of "The Five" to this fantastical witch hunt, since she, too, is a member of the La Raza lawyers group.

This is Trump SOP. The case has been going on since 2011, with the Judge involved. The Judge has ruled for and against Trump at different times during this 5 year long trial. Yet only now does Trump come out and do what he always does, which is to attack and smear the character and integrity of the Judge.

Again, it's Trump's SOP, his MO. When Ben Carson was ahead in the polls last year, Trump equated him to a pedophile. When Cruz rose in the polls and began winning delegates, Trump began calling him a liar and attacked his family.

Now for 5 years Trump and his lawyers have had no issue with this Judge...until the story began to gain traction and the Judge ruled against him in releasing records (which had to be done due to a FOIA request).

Suddenly now the Judge can't do his job because he's Hispanic. Note: Trump did NOT say it was because he believed the Judge was associated with a radical group. I challenge any Trump supporter to show where, in the original attack, Trump said anything other than the cause being due to the Judge's ethnicity.
