Re: Trump 2016

The GOP Nominee will be unveiling his 6-week paid maternity leave policy today with his daughter - and registered Democrat - Ivanka. This policy is aimed at competing with Hillary's 12-week paid maternity leave. Neither are conservative or fiscally responsible, but nobody cares. The talking shills Ingraham, Hannity and Coulter will be on tv and radio today claiming this is a good, conservative policy. All three have sold their souls for the brief moment of popularity and increased ratings.

Next will be the GOP Nominee's statement on why community colleges should be 100% free for all. Coulter will write a book about how courageous the GOP Nominee is in: "...And Free Education For All."

Red State has a great article with the Twitter feed of Trump's embarrassing supporters, Sean Hannity, Bill Mitchell, Laura Ingraham who mocked this same idea when it belonged to Bernie Sanders, but since we are all Democrats now....

Pitiful hypocrisy...

This Is Your Brain on Trump

On Tuesday, Donald Trump revealed his new child care plans which included, controversially, not just paid maternity leave but also an expansion of the Earned Income Tax Credit, and in the intervening two days his big mouth name supporters have all praised his genius and savvy and awesomeness effusively, as is their wont.

It is a funny thing, though. These loudmouth buffoonish hypocrite famous supporters previously weren't so keen on the idea of government mandated paid maternity leave, or many of these other big government policies they now adore. And the internet remembered. So let's stroll down memory lane why not?

This first one is my personal favorite:

AND, especially this regarding the SCOTUS appointment. Thiel denies this, but as the article states TRUTHFULLY - "Of course, Trump's denials mean exactly jack and squat, so that really has no bearing here."

Not Good: Trump Considering Billionaire Social Justice Warrior for Supreme Court, Sources Say

Spreading fast on social media this Thursday morning is a story originally posted at the Huffington Post, which reports that Donald Trump is considering PayPal founder, gay marriage supporter, and culture war snob Peter Thiel for the Supreme Court.

But, since we are all Democrats now...

But....But...the GOP Nominee PROMISED that it would be a conservative justice. He even put out a list of names and Thiel wasn't on the list!

Does this mean he's a LIAR?

I'm SHOCKED! Shocked, I say!

Only the Trumpsters believed all the lies the GOP Nominee was spoon feeding them.

Border wall - LIE
Increased Deportations - LIE
Conservative Justices - LIE

I've noticed several supporters have been very quiet recently. Guess now that the GOP Nominee's true liberal colors are showing it's tough eating crow.

Who would those several supporters be?

Not at all. One simply realizes after awhile that unreasonable people cannot be reasoned with, so we spend our time doing other things. Frankly, with every day that goes by things are looking better and better for Trump. It would be uncouth of me to rub it in.

I don't know. You tell me. Never Trump publications are just as out there as Democrat leftist publications.

i fully expect Trump to be a disappointment in some areas. I see him as a reprieve that will give originalists like myself time to plan for the State uprisings that are to come. I'm not looking for a President or any other official from one of the three co-equal branches of the Federal Government to be a conservative constitutionalist Savior that will lead us into the promised land. Only the States can do that, and they can only do that when the voters in the States elect State level officials who will stand up to Washington. This is my focus.

The only reason I care about keeping Hillary out is that she will make our job that much harder. Overcoming 10 million new votes from legalized illegals will be very hard to do without civil war. Thus, if Trump does not do a thing besides NOT giving these people the vote, I will be satisfied. However, I do think he will accomplish some good things, unlike those of you who are believing Never Trump "conservative" propaganda.

A disappointment in "some" areas? The danger of Donald Trump getting elected is that he is moving the Conservatives to the Left. He gets you in his pocket and then changes his policy. Although, has he ever changed? Holding his feet to the fire is the only way to keep him from going to the Left, but as we have seen by those supposed "Conservatives", they aren't holding him to anything. They only have the weak argument that "at least it is not Hillary."

Ben Shapiro makes an excellent point:

Quote:
That brings us to the real reason to oppose Trump’s candidacy: the attempt to turn the conservative movement into a nationalist populist one, complete with shilling for Trump’s incomprehensible decisions and statements. If you believe that the only solution to America’s problems is true conservatism, your greatest fear is not a Hillary presidency: It’s the perversion of the conservative movement itself, the corruption of conservatism in favor of power. Hillary Clinton’s presidency does not snuff out conservatism, even though it provides a serious danger to the republic. Trump’s presidency does. Why? Because conservatives are already tailoring their morality, decency, and political sense to fit Trumpism….Barack Obama has taken America toward a cliff at 100 mph; Hillary will press the accelerator further, so that we’ll be moving at 120 mph; Trump would presumably press the accelerator only slightly, so that we’d be cruising toward that cliff at 110 mph. The difference: Trump will force his conservative passengers to rip out the reverse gear in order to justify him. Conservatism will become Trumpism. Conservatives will prioritize winning over truth.
